Which sporting events are you looking forward to in 2012?

Hi there, with 2012 going to be quite a sporting year one way or another. I was wondering if there were any particular sporting events you were looking forward to. Or are you dreading the very prospect of all this sport going to be on TV. I'm looking foward to all the football coverage this year. But I've no interest in the Olympics and already looking forward to the closing ceremony. What about you ? Are you looking forward to anything particular this year or dreading it already?

I love Test cricket and look forward to each summer also I enjoy watching some of The Olympics so I will watch a bit of that.

After bidding for a shedful of stuff at the olympics, l went for things l remember watching where the stadiums were either half full or l thought the venues were so ginormous l couldn't fail- well with the rowing anyway. So l bid for- Opening Ceremony, Rowing, Cycling, Swimming, Diving, Athletics, ... and two others l forget which. Lumme we ended up with just one session's tickets, but it is the 10,000 metre medal ceremony and men's 100m final session..... provided we don't get blown up by the Al Queada loonies it should be great.

I'm looking forward to seeing the Olympics but that will be on TV, and probably only on the highlight programmes depending on what's on when I'm at work / out. I watched alittle bit of boxing on Saturday night with hubby which was okay but it was getting late so I went to bed whilst he stayed up to watch it.
