You see adverts all the time about sending old phones in for cash. Just wondered if anyone has tried it and is it worth it

no but i have thought about it.if i can find the charger for it! do i need to?it may be a good idea, but not sure i would get much for mine!

I have seen the adverts on this but its not something i have ever tried , i normally find someone in the family to pass mine onto .

Hi, no I never sent amobile away for cash. I have two mobiles, one for use and the other one just in case.

Yes I have done this. When my husband and I have got a new free phone upgrade - then we have sold our old phones - it is certainly worth doing. Gx

yes we have twice first time it got lost in the post but royal mail paid us cash to the value we were going to get from phone company second time got money back in a few days so it was well worth it

We have sent mobiles away for recycling but never for cash as all these adverts state, but we sent them off to tescos years ago in exchange for clubcard points.

never but i know my brother sent his broken fone away and got 100 quid for it which isnt bad!
