I help Babysit my Grandkids - these are the 2 youngest, so they are not in High School yet.

ALWAYS coming home with things to go out and SELL. Unfortunately, EVERY other kid on the Block is selling the SAME STUFF.

When Mom picks them up, it's late and SHE doesn't have the time to go all over the neighborhood with them - it's time for Homework and Dinner.

Are ALL the Schools doing this? Every Parent I know just HATES this form of raising money.

It's Very Expensive and usually stuff no one wants or needs.

I sent my Mom a card and a small package.

All together, under $20.00 - and she just rec'd it. Was just Thrilled when she called to Thank me.

Does ANYBODY spend this (so called) "Average" of $152.00 on their Mom for a Mother's Day Gift? That sounds a bit much.
