Turkey Thigh Cacciatore This is such a comforting dish with buttered noodles and turkey standing in for the usual chicken. It's made easy to eat by discarding the turkey skin and bone after cooking, so the turkey really integrates into the sauce. Ingredients 2 pounds turkey thighs, about 2 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil 1 medium onion, chopped 1/3 medium green bell pepper, chopped 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1/4 cup dry red wine 1/4 14- to 15-ounce can diced tomatoes in juice 1 1/2 cups reduced-sodium chicken broth 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1 tablespoon unsalted butter 1/2 pound egg noodles Directions Pat turkey dry, then season with 3/4 teaspoons salt and 1/2 teaspoons pepper. Heat 1 1/2 Tablespoons oil in a 12-inch deep heavy skillet over moderately high heat until it shimmers, then brown turkey, turning once, about 10 minutes. Transfer to a plate. Reduce heat to moderate and cook onion, bell pepper, and garlic in skillet, stirring occasionally, until bell pepper is softened, about 6 minutes. Add wine and bring to a boil, stirring up brown bits. Add tomatoes with juice, broth, and turkey, then simmer, partially covered, turning turkey occasionally, until turkey is cooked through and tender, about 45 minutes. Transfer turkey to a cutting board to cool and keep sauce warm, covered. Discard skin and bone from turkey, then slice meat and stir into sauce with salt and pepper to taste. Cook noodles in a pasta pot of boiling salted water until just tender, then drain well and toss with butter in pot. Serve Cacciatore over noodles tossed with MUSHROOM CELERY SALAD
so what do you thing?what's for dinner?

What time do we eat? Glad that somebody else likes turkey thighs - our favorite part of the bird. We have a bumper crop of tomatoes again, so I have been oven roasting vegies (drizzled in olive oil) - tomatoes, bell peppers of all colors, zucchini, carrots, onions - at 375F for about 20 minutes or so - for use as a side, on top of pasta, part of a braise (such as cacciatore made with chicken drumsticks). Adding a bit of bacon (sliced in 1/2 inch strips and rendered until brown and crispy) adds a bit more flavor. Oh, instead of black ground pepper, add just a few red chili pepper flakes for spice.

People often make others kill their time with least respect for time. Have you ever felt anyone doing it for you? What make them do it to you? Are they psychologically imbalanced traits? to me it occurs, we should respect time and especially that of others who work for us. It is totally irritating to find some people so careless and kill others time. Is killing time can be made a crime?

I find it very difficult when I need to get something done and people interfere and waste my valuable time.

Marriage is a union of two individuals. Marriage is not a new concept and has been around for thousands of years as the way of celebrating the love and commitment between a man and a woman. People get married all the time for several reasons including wrong reasons like money and immigration. Yes, I believe in marriage. Here are some very good reasons for getting married: 1) Love: If you love some one you would not like to lose them. You would also want to share your life with the one you love. By marriage you are taking a life time commitment and responsibility to be there for your partner. 2) Social Acceptance: By getting married you are giving your relationship acceptance in the society. Marriage is the moment of truth or commitment. Many people may have been in our life but by saying the marriage vows in front of our friends and family we are proclaiming our choice of partner for the rest of your life. 3) Partnership: Marriage is about partnership and companionship where you can share the responsibilities and rely on the other person when you need support. The whole process of sharing names, wearing rings, signing forms - whatever you choose to do as part of your wedding rites - marks a transition between 'individual' and 'partnership'. 4) Legal Rights : You may not imagine you'll ever be hurt. When things go wrong it is easy to claim legal rights. 5) Security: Marriage gives a feel of security that there is someone for you who would love and care for you. 6) Raising Children: You might at some point of your life want a child. Schools, day-cares, summer camps and other organizations are very careful to let only parents or legal guardians have access to the kids. Moreover, a Child needs both the parents in the growing years. By being married, you give the kids the stability they crave growing up and form a secure base from which they can go out and meet their peers. 7) Religious Acceptance: Religions do not accept live in relationships and sex before marriage. By getting married and saying the marriage vows one gets a religious acceptance and support from community. 8) Safe Sex: It is better to have only one partner for sex. 9) Companionship: Companionship is the most wonderful thing a marriage brings in. There are a lot of good things you can do and memorable moments you can share as a couple. 10) Joint Ownership and Tax Returns: You can also buy assets and properties together once you are married without much legal hassles. Considering all the points above, a marriage just feels right.
