  i mean i think there's a fairly obvious reason as to why people who nap 6-7 times a week or nap for more than an hour have higher disease risk: They aren't getting enough sleep during the night, most likely due to stress or overworking, both of which are bad for your health.

  what context, where they all healthy or had other conditions... question too general etc. People like dont usually nap but when at 73 we have a day of heavy lifitng etc we need a nap to read back>>>>> question too wide open and general and answers have no value as question was not specific
