  I think far too many utter fools have been allowed to breed and come up with moronic concepts such as this to occupy their tiny little minds! Uncommon sense is required....perhaps THAT is more of the problem!

  I'm sure no parent would tickle their child/children if they can see it is causing obvious distress to them. Most children love a little tickle now and again and their laughter is very infectious at these times.
